SUBJECT: WEBSITE ACCESS & FUNCTIONALITY RESTORATION
Dear Restoration Radio Members and Listeners,
It has been an incredibly trying 36 hours, with a tremendous amount of phone calls, e-mails, "try this," "try that," and our site is finally back up and fully functional. I just got off the phone with the latest security update roll-out and the site is now back up and running. All the players should be live again and all services, according to my control panel, indicate 100% server health. Everyone should now be able to log in with their member credentials and have fully functional players and download options once again.
The next step in ensuring that this does not happen again is to begin migration of our server on Thursday of this week, after all of our open support tickets are resolved. I was told this evening that there will be a new security roll out at some point in time tomorrow. Once that is complete, our support tickets will be closed and I will proceed to the cloud migration. When that migration is scheduled to occur will appear here on the site to give everyone a heads up on when the site will be down, and for how long. But that's at least a few days away, so in the meantime, enjoy the content!
I have to say, there have been a few of our members who have sent incredibly nice e-mails over the last 36 hours to me personally, exhibiting both an exceptional patience and charity towards us in this storm of difficulty. I want to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who wrote in with kind words.
