While many films glorify the exploits of outstanding characters, few of us are called to emulate this type of heroism. Today we'll look at a pair of films that focus on that "simple life" which most of us are called too. Both movies transport viewers to small town America in the 1940s, immersing them in sweet and beautiful narratives that depict the simple joys and struggles of everyday life.
