Our Lord said, “Greater love than this no man hath that a man lay down his life for his friends.” According to Saint Alphonsus Ligouri, Jesus died on the cross mainly to prove His love for us.
As we have just completed a good (hopefully) Lent, let us remember to prove our love for God by keeping His commandments. And let us remember to always stay hopeful in these times.
